Execution

Tatras Data, an Elite Dataiku Partner, conducted a structured 3-month pilot (POC) with a light but highly skilled team:
  • Two Dataiku-certified engineers automated 10–12 reports per month, across varying complexity levels, using Dataiku scenarios.
  • ​​Created a simple dashboard within Dataiku to track key performance metrics and demonstrate reporting in automation testing.
  • Used a structured Dataiku workflow for solutioning, implementation, and user support.
  • Enabled knowledge transfer through training and mentoring for the client’s internal team, including reusable automation report templates.
  • The POC was later converted into a full-scale project due to strong outcomes.
