Job Title: Project Manager – AI & Product Development

Our projects span ML engineering, product development, and full-stack software delivery, and we’re looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive execution and ensure successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing one or more concurrent projects, depending on complexity and team size. You'll collaborate with both internal engineering teams and external client stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Own end-to-end project planning and execution across AI/ML and/or software development projects

Conduct sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives

Maintain clear and timely communication with clients via status reports and regular updates ( Interact with customer to understand, manage and deliver expected outcomes consistently)

Coordinate cross-functional teams and proactively remove delivery roadblocks

Manage project timelines, resource allocation, scope, and quality. Report project health through prescribed formats / dashboards.

Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal teams

Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance

What We’re Looking For
4–5+ years of project management experience in software or AI/ML project environments

Experience working directly with clients, including international stakeholders

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira)

Familiarity with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and basic AI/ML concepts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability

Nice to Have:

PMP or CSM certification

Hands-on experience in a tech environment or with technical teams

Office locations: Delhi and Mohali

Candidate should be comfortable with in-person team meetings and client calls, as needed
