Noah has spent 25 years building technology companies across publishing, e-commerce, and digital marketing. The common thread isn't the industry, it's recognizing that technology alone doesn't create value. Picking the right problem does. He holds a BS in Graphic Systems and Computing from Rochester Institute of Technology.
Sarabjot has spent twenty years at the University of Warwick developing data science algorithms, but what sets him apart is his insistence that they work in production. His consulting deployments at Jaguar Land Rover, Vodafone, Halifax, and the Irish Revenue Commissioners were systems built to perform at scale with real consequences. That standard defines Tatras's technical culture.
AI doesn't deploy itself. It has to work inside companies with budgets, legacy systems, and organizational resistance. Amitabh has 43 years of experience making complex operations work at GE, Genpact, Larsen & Toubro, and the Asian Development Bank.
